Louis Lehot is founder and managing partner of L2Counsel conveniently located on California Avenue in Palo Alto. During his extensive global legal career, Louis has specialized in working with companies of all stages of development, from two people in a wework to venture capital backed companies in high growth all the way through private equity financing, exit, IPO and beyond. He also specializes in assisting innovative financial investors, from large institutions to small, early stage angel or seed round financing. He enjoys assisting companies as they grow, building out their governance and compliance function, as they raise capital and steering them through eventual M&A or public offering.
